The PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR competition aims to distinguish and promote the creators of implemented, innovative solutions and technical and economic ventures, as well as to promote and popularize the achievements of the creators of technology, science .

Fast economic development of Poland in recent years is associated with the introduction of new technical and technological solutions. We quickly implement and use new, innovative solutions, forgetting those who contributed to their invention, application and dissemination.

The aim of the competition is the broad promotion of people who have made a significant contribution to the development and promotion of new technical and organizational solutions as well as system solutions in the field of electrical engineering, power engineering, telecommunication and lighting in Poland, making them not anonymous and could be a role model for others.
