Exhibitors’ offer

Standard participation in the Trade Show

The participation offer includes:

  • rental of exhibition space (space only or including one of the build-up types),
  • electric installation connection,
  • waste collection,
  • entry in the exhibition catalogue,
  • parking ticket valid for 4 days (4-7 February 2020),
  • IDs for exhibitors authorizing them to enter the Trade Show area (the amount depends on the size of the exhibition space),
  • electronic invitation for visitors entitling them to free admission to the Trade Show,
  • internet access at the Trade Show halls with a speed of 1Mbps (max. 1500 users simultaneously) during the event,
  • a double invitation to the Exhibitors’ evening meeting.

Participation in Trade Show and trainings – exhibition + presentation

The participation offer includes standard participation in the Trade Show and additionally:

  • the opportunity to conduct a 20-minute presentation during training accompanying the Trade Show. Trainings are organized in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers.

Partner or sponsor package

The offer of participation, with the Partner Package, includes:

  1. Participation in the trainings – 20 minute presentation
  2. Placing the Partner’s logo in the footer on Trade Show advertisements
  3. Placing the Partner’s logo in newsletters sent to visitors
  4. Placing the Partner’s logo on the website in the “Sponsors and Partners” tab as a Partner
  5. Placing the Partner’s logo on the third page of the Trade Show catalogue among Sponsors and Partners as a Partner
  6. Placing the Partner’s logo next to the entry in the Trade Show Catalogue
  7. Sending 3 newsletters to Trade Show visitors with information about new products prepared by the Partner to the entire Organizer database

Participation in the OPEN INTERIOR zone by Justyna Smolec

It has long been known that trade show is not just a stand. We encourage companies from the lighting industry to participate in the project / event / zone, which we named Open Interior. The author of the design is the architect Justyna Smolec, who for years has been propagating the idea of ​​conscious design – one that responds to the human’s deep needs, and not only to temporary trends or fashions.

Additional promotion offer for exhibitors

Participation in BIM workshops

Partnership of computer workshops for architects and designers including the use of materials and projects as part of workshops and 15 min. offer presentation.

Presentation in the chillout area

The Chillout Zone is a place of rest for visitors and exhibitors, where you will be able to drink good coffee and talk about the latest trends in the industry.

The zone will be open from 10:00 to 17:00 for three Trade Show days, i.e. from February 5-7, 2020.

The Chillout zone is located in hall 2, between exhibition halls – hall 1 and hall 3.

Participation in the zone includes a short multimedia presentation on screens placed in the Chillout Zone, during three market days (presentation or film).

Coffee day sponsorship

The Chillout area for visitors offers free coffee.

If you wish your company logo to appear on coffee mugs on one of the three Trade Show days, contact us and become a COFFEE SPONSOR IN THE CHILLOUT ZONE.

Promotion at the Trade Show

The promotion includes:

  • Positioning the car, balloon or other exposure item outside, in front of the Trade Show halls
  • Banners on the facade of Trade Show halls
  • Flagpoles
